Leah Montgomery is an attorney in Charleston, South Carolina. Leah was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. She graduated summa cum laude from the College of Charleston and graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she received the distinguished CALI Award for Employment Discrimination Law and Family Law and was a member of The Order of the Wig and Robe. After a judicial clerkship and time in private practice, Leah established her own firm, Palmetto Legal Solutions, LLC, so that she could focus on her passion: helping people build businesses and find solutions to their compliance issues. Leah embraces the opportunity to learn about her clients’ corporate culture and customize her services to fit their needs. She is currently the Treasurer of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, and served on the board of both the Coastal Organization of Human Resources and the Heart Association Waccamaw Heartwalk. Leah was selected as a member of the 2017 Leadership South Carolina program. In 2016, Leah was awarded the first ever Emerging Leader Award by the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. Leah is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.
